Rahat Aziz

Mr. Rahat Aziz has more than 30 years of experience in dealing with corporate matters and listing of securities on Karachi and Lahore stock exchanges.
Mr. Rahat is currently Managing director of S.A. Associates and visiting Faculty at IBA, Karachi.

Over the years, Mr. Rahat has conducted variety of training on various forums including State Bank of Pakistan, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Pakistan Navy – Law Wing, Excise and Taxation Department, Karachi Tax Bar Association, Sindh Judicial Academy High Court of Sindh.

Mr. Rahat is also Lead Code of Corporate Governance trainer for ICAP, Directors training program for Listed companies.

Mr. Rahat’s expertise cover a wide range of disciplines including Companies Ordinance 1984, Banking Ordinance 1962, Insurance Ordinance 2000, Modaraba Companies (Flotation and Control) Ordinance 1980, Securities and Exchange Ordinance 1969, and many other Rules, Regulations, Code and Guidelines.

Mr. Rahat has also been involved in technical areas like Incorporation & Licensing of new companies, Merger &Acquisition, Joint Ventures of Companies, listing of Securities on Stock Exchange, Winding up of companies and related matters.

Last engagement was with Sindh Judicial Academy where he conducted several programs for all the tires of Judiciary.


Fasihul Karim Siddiqui

Mr. Fasih has 34 years of HR professional experience as Head of HR in HinoPAk Motors Limited and Philips Electrical Industries. Around 20 years of professional training career in leadership, management, labor laws, CSR, quality, productivity and system management conducting over 200 workshops within and out side the country. He has been faculty for over 20 years at Pakistan’s most leading institutions the Institute of Business Administration Karachi, Institute of Business Management, SZABIST, Iqra University and Hamdard School of Law.

Mr.Fasihul Karim Siddiqui has also served as Vice President of Employer’s Federation of Pakistan and Founder of Secretary UN Global Compact, Pakistan network.

Hussain Qazi’s diverse experience of more than 12 years in the field of business development, Finance and Professional Training's. He is currently the CEO of a leading Engineering company, Fatmi Engineering. His responsibilities encompassed a wide range of roles from marketing, business development and managing entire financial matters. He has also been engaged research and economic analysis towards business enhancement. 

Qazi’s previous assignment was at a top leading firm KPMG where he led a wider client portfolio including local and multinational companies, Habib Bank ltd, Siemens, Nestle, Bank of Riyadh and others. Early in his career he was a part of research and publication team of state bank of Pakistan, where multiple reports and business journals regularly published locally and internationally. As a trainer his expertise in the trainings of IFRS, Finance for non financial managers, Financial statement Analysis, Investment Analysis and valuations.

He is also a visiting faculty member of Hamdard University.  He has attended various international conferences and workshops in UK, Dubai, Srilanka and Bangladesh to enrich his own pool of thoughts and as a Resource person also conducted multiple sessions in the International Conferences. Engr. Dr. Syed Izhar Hussain Zaidi is an Electronics engineer by profession, and a PhD in Telecommunications from University of Bristol, UK having 16 years of career as a corporate professional. He has extensive background of professional and administrative skills, Program and Project Management with excellent research skills.

He has been working in Pakistan’s National Space Agency (SUPARCO) for 15 years having experience of restructuring and revitalizing of organization to modern world ERP system (E-Governance). As a System Analyst, he was involved not only in design and indigenous implementation of secure LAN/WAN infrastructure but also gained expertise in evolving Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the organization. This work includes evolving processes and creating paperless environment by development of ERP systems including Human Resource Management, Supply chain management, E-Accounts, E-Audit, Pay Roll, Attendance Control systems, etc.to name a few. His post PhD experience includes Design and Development of Embedded Systems, Renewable Energy, Signal conditioning for various sensors network, Signal processing in DSP/FPGA, Data Acquisition Systems, PCB’s design and different type of IOT based Sensors Networks.

Currently he holds the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Associate Professor in “Dawood University of Engineering and Technology” looking after both Telecommunication Engineering and Information Technology. He has been delivering lectures and talks in local as well as foreign forums in both Engineering and in E-Governance fields.
